CHIME DIRECTOR

I love my job as an elementary school music teacher! One of the highlights this year has been the opportunity to start-up and direct a children's chime choir...similar to handbells. I held auditions last fall, and accepted ten adorable kids into my chime group--Stefanie included. We've rehearsed every Wednesday afternoon in my room at school, and performed several times throughout the year. This evening was our spring concert for the parents, along with the school choir. I was so proud of my little chimers! They have worked so hard, and tonight they were great! I always love looking at their faces as they concentrate on getting the notes and timing right.
