Freedom Run

Our favorite 4th of July tradition is running in the Provo Freedom Festival 10-K.  This year was awesome because Stefanie and Braden ran it with us for the first time!  Having just come home from our cruise, I was NOT ready for this race.  I felt heavy and sluggish, but I just decided I would do my best and not worry about the time.  I had my worst time EVER at 1:13, but I guess that's not too bad considering I am now in the 40-45 age bracket.  Ha!  Braden was amazing, he came in #25!!!  Out of 1273 runners!  His time was 40:56, he's a machine.  He was 5th in his age range.  Here are the results.  Loved it!
